RIS Townhall Q4/2025: Ending the Year with Inspiration and Moving Forward Together

✨ At this RIS Townhall, P'Ohm Watcharaphong - Automation & Technology Services shared the behind-the-scenes success of "Nong Sai Jai by RIS" the AI Chatbot Agent acting as an intelligent IT assistant for Central Group employees. He discussed the project's origins and the various obstacles overcome, leading up to its successful launch for our colleagues across the Central Group network last November.

🔌 We also featured the "RIS Unplugged: Real Talk, Playful Vibes" session, inviting RIS team members to have candid conversations about their work experiences over the past year. We were honored to have P'Lek Thanyanan - Head of Budget, Report & Operations serve as the session moderator.

And as always, we concluded with P'Pom Ratchapol Wongsatitporn, RIS Managing Director / Chief Information Officer of Central Group, who summarized our journey and outlined the strategic direction for the years ahead, followed by a live Q&A session with employees.
