Since 1993, RIS has powered Central Group’s digital backbone—starting as its internal IT division and focused from day one on optimizing enterprise technology for business efficiency and growth.

RIS has continuously expanded its IT services to support the rapid, multi-format growth of Central Retail—spanning department stores, supermarkets, e-commerce platforms, and lifestyle brands across Thailand and beyond.
In 2005, a major organizational restructuring. By consolidating IT teams from across all business units within the Central Group, RIS was established as the robust Core Digital Enabler of the Group. This strategic move was designed to efficiently and uniformly drive business growth and accelerate the digital transformation of the entire conglomerate.
As the Core Digital Enabler of the Central Group, RIS serves as the centralized IT infrastructure service hub. We pioneered and manage the provision of robust Data Center Services and critical IT Infrastructure, establishing a secure and reliable digital foundation that supports the operations and accelerated growth of all business segments within the Central Group.
To accommodate continuously growing technological demands, RIS has expanded its Data Center services to a new strategic location in Chachoengsao. This expansion elevates our comprehensive IT infrastructure capabilities, ready to drive and empower the potential of businesses within the Central Group.
To support international growth, RIS has expanded its service footprint to Vietnam and Indonesia, where we are now actively delivering solutions to international clients. This regional expansion aligns with the launch of our new company logo, reflecting our vision and evolving role as a Global Technology Partner.
Marking a new era, RIS has refreshed its corporate identity with a modern new logo. Alongside this rebranding, we have revitalized our office environment, transforming it into a collaborative space designed to support a diverse workforce and foster a culture of creativity and breakthrough innovation.
During the critical global lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, RIS mobilized all available resources to build, develop, and maintain essential IT infrastructures. Our dedicated efforts enabled the Central Group to seamlessly handle massive surges in online platform demand, ensuring operational stability and business continuity throughout the crisis.

In response to the surging demand for Big Data analytics and processing, RIS has executed another strategic expansion of our Data Center facilities to a new location. This infrastructure upgrade ensures we have the scalable capacity required to support the exponential growth and digital evolution of the Central Group well into the future.
